Refund policy
Cancel, Return and Exchange
1. Since accessories are classified as personal hygiene products, we only accept returns/
exchanges in the following circumstances:
* Defective products.
* Incorrect products (from actual order).
2. In spite of the preceding clause, Our Company cannot accept cancellation of the following products.
*The product which you used once.
*Product passed more than eight days after the arrival.
* When a wound or dirt damage occur by the responsibility of the customer.
* Products without their cases, packaging(bags, boxes).
3. Return postage of the defective goods will be borne by our company.
4. Dispatch would be arranged within 5 working days, once the products arrived at us.
