Shipping policy

Shipping arrangements will be made within 3-5 days for in-stock items on your order. Please note, however, that shipping will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays unless specifically instructed to do so.

 

< Delivery within Japan >

It will be a flat rate of 500 yen nationwide (excluding tax).

If you purchase more than 8,000 yen in total, you will receive free shipping.

The delivery method will be specified by our shop, and as a general rule, you are not allowed to choose.

 

< International Shipping >

Shipping charges depend on the region. Please confirm that shipping is automatically calculated when you pay.

Your order will be shipped by DHL or FedEx, International E-packet to the address you specify.

However, they can be shipped differently as required by the destination countries. Under the ordinary condition, international shipping will take approximately from 1 weeks to maximum of four weeks depending on the destinations.

A careful packing is being guaranteed, however, any unexpected damage was seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with delivery company staff.

Duty/Tax

The terms of sale is DDU "duties and taxes unpaid". The price shown does not include such items as VAT, import duty, tax and other unpredictable charges against middleman and agents. In case of these unexpected charge needed in the due course, these charges should be paid by the customers.
