how do you make it?
After the designer has considered the structure, the design is made into data, and then machine embroidered at a factory in Japan. Furthermore, after the embroidered items are cut by hand, they are sewn or pasted together to complete jewelry with a three-dimensional effect.
How should I take care of it?
Keep it in its original shape and store it in the box provided. Laundry is not possible. If it gets dirty, squeeze a cloth soaked in a neutral detergent and gently wipe it off.
I didn't receive an email

Can you do gift wrapping?
We accept it for plus 150 yen. The product is wrapped in a special box and delivered with a ribbon. You can choose during the ordering process.
Can you ship overseas?
We accept. Please check this link for information on VAT, customs duty, consumption tax, etc. when shipping overseas.
Can I return/refund the product?
If it is "before preparation for shipment" of the product, it is possible to correspond. Please write down your order number and contact us at info@arroarro.com.
I want to know the shipping cost.
For domestic shipping within Japan, shipping is free for orders over ¥10,000 (tax included). For orders below ¥10,000, a flat shipping fee of ¥800 (tax excluded) will be applied.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-4 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Domestic Shipping (Japan): For orders within mainland Japan, the delivery will generally arrive 1 to 2 days after shipment.
International Shipping: Deliveries take approximately 1-2 weeks. However, due to weather, seasonal demand, postal circumstances, or other factors, it may take up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
You will be notified of your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
